Yummy Rainbow Trout in lime juice
Prep Time: 35 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
2 rainbow trout, deboned
½ tsp of grounded cumin
½ tsp of grounded pepper
2 tbsp of lime juice
1 tbsp of sunflower oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of sugar
1. Marinate the rainbow using salt, sugar, cumin, lime juice and pepper.
2. Let it marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge.
3. Bake for 20 minutes over 250 degrees F.
4. Serve with mint and parsley on top.
