Being active and playing sports has always be a big part of my life, thanks to my parents.
When I moved to Australia I initially started teaching Group Fitness classes, because I loved the idea of getting paid and working out at the same time. This evolved over the last six years into prioritising Personal Training.
I love that my job can affect and influence people not only in the gym, but in their day to day life. The reason I get up most days before 5 am is a client telling me how they’re happier and healthier since we’ve been working together.
If I am not in the gym, I am most likely to be walking my (baby/dog) Arnie at the beach, surfing, doing some form of cooking/fermenting in the kitchen or taking some time out to chase some powder to snowboard!
