I started my career as a bit of a geek. My head was buried in the theory of exercise, to become a researcher that’s what it took.

It wasn’t 18 months later that I actually attempted to exercise properly and once I started I just never stopped.

The flow on benefits fitness has had in my career life, my personal life, and my social life is the reason I became passionate about health. If I can feel this good it is worth being shared.

Helping others with their personal development, becoming active, and just feeling more fulfilled is something I want everyone I meet to experience.
