Spicy Shrimp Salad

A fresh and wonderfully colorful salad recipe that serves both as a treat and delivers good nutrition value.

Ingredients:

 

  • ½ cup cooked shrimp
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 red chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, throw all the ingredients.
  2. Stir to coat everything together.
  3. Fridge for about 1 hour.
  4. Serve cold.
