On A Time Restraint Do This…
So last week I was pretty pushed for time.
Didn’t the luxury of my normal hour or so to workout so I had to squeeze it in within 10 minutes.
Was this optimal?
However, it’s a lot better than doing nothing.

So as you can see from that it was very challenging.
And it doesn’t need to be a rower.
Sprinting up a hill
Running on the beach
Doing 200 body weight squats
Will all reach a pretty similiar outcome.
