No Time To Train? Do this..
So last week I was pretty pushed for time.
Didn’t the luxury of my normal hour or so to workout so I had to squeeze it in within 10 minutes.
Was this optimal?
However, it’s a lot better than doing nothing.
So as you can see from that it was very challenging.
With high-intensity stuff like this, it doesn’t have to be a rower.
Sprinting up a hill or on the beach
Doing 200 body weight squats
60 seconds of mountain climbers
Will all reach a pretty similar outcome!
The big thing you’ve got to make sure of is that you reach a high intensity and get the feeling that your heart is going to burst out of the chest and end up 4 blocks in front of you.
When you reach that point you know that you’re doing it right.
