One of the most common questions we get asked at The Body Consultants is whether or not you need cardio for fat loss
And seeing as we change 100’s of people’s body compositions on a weekly basis without the use of any traditional cardio the definitive answer is no.
There is a time and place for it and I use it in my toolbox when it’s necessary.
