Beef Cabbage Stew


A stew is what you need during the rainy reason or even during the winter!
This dish is a powerhouse of nutrition. With the presence of avocado, cabbage and tomatoes, you get all your folic acid, antioxidant and calcium.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

½ pound beef
Half cabbage, diced
6 cup of beef broth
4 avocado, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
4 green chilies
4 onions, chopped
Fresh coriander
1 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cut the beef into bite size chunks.
2. Throw the beef, cabbage, avocado, onion, tomatoes, chilies, coriander to a pressure.
3. Pour in the beef broth and give it a good stir.
4. Cover with lid and cook on high heat for 30 minutes.
5. Serve hot with bread.
