Beef and mushroom Casserole Recipe

A super easy recipe that can be served during the holidays.The prep of it is fairly simple.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 8 hours
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck, browned and drained
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 6 ounce mushroom
• 12 ounce tomato soup
• 6 medium potatoes, sliced
• garlic
• salt and pepper

Directions:
1. In a crock pot throw in the onion.
2. Stir in the beef, potatoes and toss for 10 minutes.
3. Add in the mushroom and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low flames.
