The Body Consultants was founded to help change the world.

We know, it’s a very bold statement, but this is what drives our passion on a daily basis.

You see, we were fed up with the mediocrity of gyms and the fitness industry.

The over crowded, under equipped commercial gyms with no guidance or support.

The countless selfies and ego, along with the non welcoming judgement by self absorbed people.

We wanted change, so, we decided that change starts with us so, and at last, TBC was born.

We’ve got big ambitions at TBC.

In fact, our short term goal is to transform 10,000 lives by 2020.

Our purpose is to help transform your mind and body.

The way in which we do this is Educate, Action, Results.

This is our success formula. We first educate you as an individual, and craft a plan that is going to fit in your lifestyle, we NEVER push our own agenda’s on our clients, we need to understand you as a person and exactly what you want to get out of this journey.

From there, we start with educating you on small daily habits.

Yes, it seems simple, however the irrefutable fact is that the reason you’re in the position you’re in right now with your health and fitness is because of the habits that you do (or don’t do) on a daily basis.

THE CORE FOUR

1: MOVEMENT MASTERY

This is, you being in full control of your body through every single movement. We are going to teach you how to become the master of your own body and unlock strength that you didn’t even know you had. We’ve had hundreds of ladies do chin-ups after training with us, and for the lads, we’ve been able to get them to lift double, and sometimes, even triple their body weight after they’ve mastered movement.

2: MAKE IT FUN

Fun is a core value of ours at TBC. We accept nothing but exciting and enjoyable workouts for the members of our tribe. There's no happy ending to an unhappy journey, and you cannot create a life you love, by doing things you hate. Our goal is to find a way to make training enjoyable, help you find what you love, and in turn use that to propel you forward. We thrive off fun and transformative workouts, we will work with your to incorporate types of training that you enjoy into your program, it doesn’t all have to be simply barbells and bench press.

3: BETTER THAN YESTERDAY

Have you heard of the “Kaizen” principle? It’s the simple Japanese word for "improve" Improve what exactly? Well in principle everything, your nutrition, your movements, your strength, your body composition. The principle is simple, we are looking for small daily increments in the gym that lead to one massive transformation, you can think of it as the compounding interest effect you get in a depository bank account. We are not looking to go from 0 to 100 in one session, simply by improving and being that little bit better than yesterday we will help you reach your goals.
