Beef, carrot, Scallion with ramen noodle soup

Beef goes extremely well with any occasion, be it a sunday late night dinner or a beautiful family gathering.

The presence of scallion makes the dish sweet.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
Serves: 8

1 package Oriental-flavored ramen noodle
1/3 pound beef, cut into bite size pieces
8-10 green peas, diced
2 scallions, chopped
2 carrots, cut into circles
1 bell pepper
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of pepper
Salt to taste
½ cup of beef broth
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of oregano
1. Take a pressure cooker and add in the ingredients one by one leaving the broth for last.
2. Mix well and cover with the lid.
3. Turn the heat medium high and cook for nearly 30 minutes.
4. Serve the soup hot with crackers.
